If you were not able to migrate your account prior to the update, you will still be able to regain access to the site – it will just take a bit longer to get things switched over. If you had an existing username and login on the old FarmerData, please email support@farmerdata.com from the email address that was associated with your account previously if at all possible (if not possible, please include the email address or username for your account, and we will link it to the email address you use to email support). Also include a phone number capable of receiving SMS text messages for the two-factor authentication requirement, and we will get your data migrated to the new site.
Please allow up to 24 hours (Monday through Friday) to allow time for all information to appear. It is possible for your data to finish transferring well after you receive your invite and temporary password. So, if you do log in to the site only to find empty screens, please check back later: your account balances, statements, etc., will show up as soon as the transfer is complete.
