Text messages containing access codes can sometimes take several minutes to arrive. Ideally, they should appear within about 30 seconds, but this is also dependent upon your cellular provider, whether your phone has a strong enough signal to receive messages, cell tower traffic, etc.
If you believe that the access code message has failed, please try logging in once more. If the issue persists, please email support@farmerdata.com, and include the cell number which should have received the text. We will verify that the number we associated with your account matches the one you provide (in other words, we will make sure that there isn't a typo), and if required, we will investigate the path the message took as far as we are able. We will make allowances as needed to ensure you gain access to your account.
