I received a temporary password, but it isn't working.

The password you receive as part of your initial invite email, as well as any temporary password resulting from a "Forgot your password?" reset, is generated to meet the login security requirements. Passwords will always contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Unfortunately, distinguishing between similar characters can sometimes be challenging – for example, I (uppercase "i"), l (lowercase "L"), and | (the "pipe" symbol found below the "Backspace" key on conventional keyboards) are all very similar.


If possible, when in doubt, please copy/paste the generated password you receive via email into the login form field designated for the password. Keep in mind that once you log in with that temporary password, you will be able to change your password to something that is easier for you to remember.


The initial password you receive with your invite email will expire after 60 minutes, which we realize is sometimes far too short to get logged in. If you suspect that the temporary password you were sent has expired, please contact support@farmerdata.com, and we will send you a temporary password that does not expire for 7 days.
